Super U is happy to announce the Canadian partnership with Super Channel

Super Channel is Canada's only national pay television network, consisting of two new HD channels, four new SD channels, and an SVOD platform.

Super Channel's vision is to expand the Canadian premium TV experience by offering a broad range of fresh, entertaining movies and series. Super Channel is owned by Allarco Entertainment, an Edmonton-based media company.

2880 Film Blitz - The inspiration behind the 2880 Film blitz is that there is 2,880 minutes in a weekend. During this event approximately 120 filmmakers divided into twelve teams will compete to write, shoot and edit a short film in only 48 hours (2,880 minutes). At the start of the event each team receives a secret theme on which their film must be based on. As of that moment the weekend minutes begin to tick away. 2880 Film Blitz is an initiative of the Quebec Chapter of the Documentary Organization of Canada www.docquebec.ca
